Designed for comfort, our 8 to 12 passenger pontoon boats (any age) let you enjoy an afternoon on Lake Pleasant. Bring your lunch, snacks, and refreshments to enjoy during your cruise. Dogs are not allowed and there is no fishing from our pontoon boats.

Do you need experience to rent a boat?
Yes and no, some of our high powered ski boats do require experience but other boats do not.
What do I need to rent a boat?
We require a matching credit/debit card and photo ID from someone over the age of 21.
Do you accept cash payments?
This is a cashless location, all payments and deposits must be completed on a credit or debit card.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, all boats require a contract to be signed by a legal adult who will be onboard the boat.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, most boats require a $1000 deposit. Jet Skis require a $500 damage deposit.
Do you offer additional insurance?
Some incident coverage is included with every rental.
How old do you have to be to drive the boats?
We recommend 15 & older under the guidance of an adult.
How old to passengers have to be?
There is no age limit, though some boats have safety requirements.
How many people are allowed on the boats?
Each boat has a maximum capacity, please check the specific boat you are renting. All persons regardless of age count towards the maximum capacity.
Are lifejackets required?
While strongly recommended for everyone, the U. S. Coast Guard only requires passengers under the age of 13 to wear lifejackets at all times.
Do I have to wear a lifejacket on a water toy?
Yes, all persons are required to wear a lifejackets while participating in watersports.
Do you provide life jackets?
Yes, we provide life jackets for all sizes.
Where do I park?
Parking located near the fire station on the cement lot.
Is there a shuttle bus?

We are located on Lake Pleasant at Pleasant Harbor Marina, Carefree Highway and 87th Ave. [directions]
Can we hire your company to drive the boat for us?
No
Can we bring food and drink on the boats?
Absolutely, highly recommended. Space is limited on the boats; call our office for more details.
Can we bring alcohol on the boat?
Yes, however the driver may never drink and everyone must abide by all rules and laws pertaining to alcohol on the lake. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate any rental if we deem that the intoxication level is unsafe.
Do you allow fishing?
Yes, on designated boats only.
Do you allow swimming off your boats?
Swimming is allowed off the majority of the boats.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, on designated boats only.
Are coolers provided?
No, but you are welcome to bring your own.
What is the minimum rental time?
Reservations for all boats require a ½ or full day rental and jet skis require a 2-hour rental. Walk up’s for any vessel require a 1-hour rental.
Is there a beach?
There is a shoreline however no vessels are permitted on the shore for safety reasons.
How big is the lake?
Lake Pleasant is 11 square miles with 116 miles of shoreline.
Is BBQing allowed?
No.
Can we bring our own water toys?
Yes, providing they fit appropriately in the boat.
Can we tow more than 1 toy at a time?
No, due to safety reasons.

Can I reserve a boat for the same day?
No, reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All same day rentals are first come, first serve.
